Scoring that means something

Score is likelihood times impact, 1 to 25. This sheet computes it and colors it: 1 to 6 green, 8 to 12 amber, 15 to 25 red.

Write cause and effect. "Because the vendor has one integration engineer, a resignation would stall the gateway by a month."

High score, then response. Reds get a mitigation and a contingency; greens get watched, not worked.

Re-score on review. A risk whose score never moves is either mis-scored or nobody is looking.

This is the deep dive; the RAID log is the overview. Keep the top three from this register mirrored on the RAID page so the one-page view stays honest.

Scores compute in the sheet, nothing is sent anywhere, and everything saves in this browser only.

Prefer paper? Download the blank sheet as a PDF. The thinking behind it, and the nine tools it works with, is in The Project.

General guidance from practice, not legal, HR, or financial advice. Everything you type stays in this browser and is never sent to a server.
