I do more than keep the plates spinning. Because I design, build, and run production software myself, I rebuild the workflow underneath the work, turning manual routines into systems that run on their own. Primary operational and administrative support to senior leadership at a Nashville-based digital marketing and web development agency, running day-to-day executive functions while overseeing cross-functional project workflows.

  • Managed executive calendars and scheduling across 15+ active client accounts and an internal team of 10+, resolving conflicts and keeping leadership prepared.
  • Ran high-volume email on behalf of leadership, drafting, triaging, and following up to hold inboxes at zero.
  • Automated recurring reporting with Google Apps Script, cutting manual reporting time by several hours each week and delivering Jira and Tempo utilization reports to leadership.

Founder and builder

The clearest evidence of the operator-who-builds thesis is that I run an entire software studio by myself.

Kabuhayan I.T. Services is a DTI-registered sole proprietorship, a solo software studio building for the Philippine financial-inclusion space.

Across its products I run product, engineering, compliance, design, and go-to-market myself. That means I have sat in every seat a founder has to fill, scoping features, writing the code, keeping the records defensible, and shipping to real users. It is the same work an executive needs off their plate, done by someone who has done all of it.

Lending-operations SaaS for Philippine lending companies

A business-to-business lending operating system for SEC-registered Philippine lending companies. Kabuhayan is a platform, not a lender. Partners are the lenders of record under the relevant lending statutes. The software provides a multi-tenant partner portal, loan operations, collections, and audit and compliance tooling that each partner runs its operation on.
