How it works
Red first. With the default settings, a client is Red if the oldest blocker is open more than 7 days, or 5 or more tasks are overdue, or nobody has touched the account in more than 21 days.
Then Amber. Any overdue task, no next step with an owner, or no touch for 10 to 21 days. Everything else is Green. The driver names the first rule that fired.
Overrides need a reason. Type "Amber: renewal at risk". An override wins, but one with nothing after the colon is flagged as an error and the rules rating stands.
Count honestly. A task dated midweek and due by the end of the week is not overdue yet. Blockers waiting on the client are not the team's delay, so note them in the next step rather than the blocker column.
Rate from the task data, not the mood of the last call. A quiet client with stale tasks can look Green; check the touch date before you trust it.
